1930’s Room (Double Size Bed)

Originally the MacKinnon-Cann Inn was built as two private homes (duplex) for the Goudey sisters. Our restoration combined these two residences into a thirty room mansion for its current use. The main floor of the inn has four formal parlours and two original dining rooms. The 1930’s room is actually the formal dining room on the south side of the building. A bright southeast room offers those with special physical needs the comfort and accessibility required during your stay. Architecturally this room features the original china closet made of black walnut and oak. Today it is outfitted with cable television, data port and storage for your personal use. Decorated in the Art Deco period your journey through time is further enhanced by waterfall inlaid furnishings and period lighting. Your private ensuite bath features a heated floor and large tile shower.
